The animal life in Delhi is one of the best things about the city, although some of the poor dogs are heart breaking.

I've seen pigs in Gurgaon, indeed I actually tripped over one coming out of an office building a few months back. I haven't seen any camels yet though Bibi - will look out for them!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15050692040792761349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064437222553283194.post-20823779565945514952012-11-06T11:22:50.320+05:302012-11-06T11:22:50.320+05:30I love the animals in India. But if you get up at the 'crack of dawn' you'll often see bedecked & bejeweled elephants, gorgeously attired white stallions, even beautifully decorated camels being brought into the city for weddings & parties. I guess they bring them in so early to avoid traffic.
You'll also see herds of goats & the occasional huge pig being brought in for slaughter in the early morning. That I didn't like so much. But that's were 'meat' comes from.Bibihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17208987772792752376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5064437222553283194.post-43344980784230686322012-10-24T11:00:41.024+05:302012-10-24T11:00:41.024+05:30I'm glad the weather is becoming more bearable...I'm glad the weather is becoming more bearable and that you're feeling better.
